At Berry Touch Beauty Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used beauty products
• Fragrances that have been opened
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
